The FIFA World Cup is an international soccer organization that includes men’s and women’s soccer and is a Competition Among National teams that compete to claim the FIFA World Cup trophy. The FIFA World Cup was founded in 1930, 96 years ago. The FIFA World Cup happens every four years except for the years 1942 and 1946 due to World War II. The reigning champions are Argentina and all-time great Lionel Messi, who claimed the World Cup in 2022 after defeating France in penalties. The tournament has a qualification phase and goes to groups, and the country that gets qualified goes into a group of four. The top 3 teams that win in the group get selected to the quarter final, and the third team goes into a lower bracket, creating the fourth team to be eliminated.

Host nations expect a tourism boost during these summer months, which will in-turn require tourism preparation from local officials. This will create extra money for local businesses and will upgrade the whole city with its tourism. Airbnbs and Hotels are getting booked throughout America, Canada, and Mexico. These purchases will increase the prices for many places because the companies will take advantage of this. Problems that are being solved before the World Cup games are the grass and Field quality. The FIFA World Cup Organization has standards that need to be met in Stadiums. This will take time and money for the stadiums to be built under FIFA Regulations.
